About Whole Life Coaching

Whole Life Coaching addresses your life in a holistic way, in which each part affects the whole. In Whole Life Coaching, the 7 areas we will look at are:

The program begins with a one-and-one-quarter-hour Discovery session, in which we explore and assess your level of satisfaction with each of these areas. We use that information to target specific issues on which to focus in your coaching sessions in order to craft the life you want, step by step.

We will then implement your program in bi-weekly 30-, 45- or 60-minute phone sessions. While we will renew on a month-to-month basis*, it is recommended that you prepare to commit a minimum of 3 to 6 months for this program in order to see substantial results.
